Our Philosophy
ilo is modeled after the Finnish early childhood development approach, with four decades of proven success, and recognized as one of the best educational systems in the world. Our program is designed to promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, and we do this through play-based learning, exploration, and discovery.

The Team
Cindy Frankmore
Director and Educator
A Colorado native, Ms. Cindy is a seasoned and dedicated early childhood educator with a teaching career spanning 25 years. She has worked with children in private and public schools throughout the Front Range and has extensive experience in Special Education. Ms. Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, and a master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. She is a licensed teacher and director in the state of Colorado.


Ms. Amber
Educator
Ms. Amber brings a wealth of experience and genuine passion for early childhood education to ilo. Since 2018, she has taught Pre-K and Kindergarten in Arkansas, worked with special needs students in Texas, and supported children from Pre-K through 5th grade. Ms. Amber is drawn to Pre-K because she believes it's such a fun and important time in a child's life, and she finds great joy in helping children start their learning journey with curiosity and wonder.

Ms. Taylor
Educator
From an early age, Ms. Taylor has known that she wanted to be an educator. She began her childhood education journey as an Infant Assistant Teacher, then becoming a preschool teacher. She holds an associate's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and is currently in a bachelor's program for Elementary Education. After completing her bachelor's, Ms. Taylor will pursue a master's degree related to childhood education.

Ms. Isa
Educator's Assistant
Ms. Isa is the newest member of the ilo team and brings boundless energy to the school. She comes from a family of passionate educators and is just beginning her own career working with children. Isa found inspiration and fulfillment from babysitting and as a volunteer at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo summer camps. She is currently starting classes related to early childhood education and counseling.
