Welcome to ilo Early Learning Center summer camp! We're thrilled to have your little one join us for fun-filled activities designed just for children aged 3-5 years old. Our caring staff is here to make sure they have a blast while staying safe.

Terms & Conditions
Your child should be aged between 3 and 5, have mastered the art of using the potty, and show signs of age-appropriate independence.

We allocate spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis, with capacity set by Colorado preschool licensing. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred dates, please understand that we may have limited availability due to our flexible scheduling.

If a spot is available for your desired participation times, we will send you an invoice. Your child's spot will not be reserved until payment is received. To ensure smooth sailing, we kindly ask for payment in full no later than one week before your child's summer camp week begins. If we don't receive payment by then, we may offer the spot to another eager family. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for cancellations made less than a week before the start of camp, but we'll happily refund your payment if you let us know in advance.

At the sole discretion of our staff, if we ever believe a child might put themselves, other campers, or our team at risk, we may kindly ask them to take a break from summer camp activities or dismiss the child from summer camp. Before deciding on dismissal, we'll reach out to you first to explore how we can work together to resolve any concerns.

As a small favor to help us minimize credit card transaction fees, we encourage payments via ACH or Debit. Additionally we are implementing a new registration process this year so bear with us as we work through any kinks and logistical challenges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Statement of Consent & Waiver
I proudly declare that I am the legal parent or guardian of the amazing child named above. I'm excited to grant permission for my child to dive into the fantastic activities planned at ilo Early Learning Center's summer camp!
These activities include all sorts of fun, such as arts & crafts (think painting, drawing, cutting, and more), indoor play (like building with Legos, molding with Play-Doh, and engaging in dramatic play), sensory experiences (playing with beads, marbles, water, sand, and more), and outdoor playground activities (running, jumping, sliding, digging, riding scooters & tricycles, and more).

While I understand that these activities may carry some risk of minor bumps and scrapes, I trust in the care and supervision provided by the staff at ilo Early Learning Center. I wholeheartedly support my child's participation in these activities and believe they'll have a blast!

In the unlikely event that my child requires emergency medical attention during these activities, I give full consent for the staff at ilo Early Learning Center to make any necessary decisions and take appropriate actions as they see fit. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any associated medical expenses resulting from such procedures or treatments.

I fully comprehend that ilo Early Learning Center and its wonderful staff cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen accidents or incidents that may occur during my child's participation in these activities. Therefore, I willingly waive any rights, claims, or causes of action that could arise from such participation.

By signing below, I confirm that I have carefully reviewed and understood the details of the summer camp activities. I enthusiastically agree to the Terms & Conditions and happily grant consent for the above-named child to participate in these exciting adventures!
